Case Study: Story of a Successful Flooring Project

Tom and Sue had been in their new home for a few years.

After a time, they both realized that their garage space wasn't something they could both be proud of. The drab gray concrete floor just didn't cut it anymore!

Brett came out to assess their garage floor and take measurements for the quote. He first performed a moisture test, explaining that excessive moisture could cause premature product failure, which no one wants!

After a consultation with Brett, they decided on the Terra Chip floor coating system (with a finished dry thickness of 36 mils) sporting the Pebble Beach color chips, named after their favorite vacation destination.

Tom and Sue were so happy with their new garage floor look that they are planning to add custom garage cabinets from Garage Innovations in the near future.

We use our state-of-the-art diamond grinder to prepare the floor surface to bond with our base coat material.

Base Coat
After grinding and cleaning the floor surface, we apply a thick coat of base material to seal the floor and receive the color chips.
Color Chips
Next, we generously apply your selected color combination of vinyl chips to the floor surface.

Top Coat
Finally, your floor receives our proprietary top coat to seal the color chips layer and provide the protection it needs for years of future use.

How do I determine which floor product is best for me?

Our team is fully educated about the services we provide. We'll consult with you about what result you are looking to achieve. We’ll offer you our professional advice on the right solution for you. And yes, that might even include us recommending AGAINST the use of an epoxy product due to moisture or other issues with your floor.

Why would you recommend against using an epoxy product?

Certain conditions are not conducive to the application of flooring overlay products.  Particularly, the existence of excessive moisture will prevent proper bonding of the flooring material to the substrate.  No matter what other vendors may tell you, applying a flooring material over a "wet floor" will lead to the failure of any product.  We will measure the moisture in your slab as part of our consultative process to make sure the covering remains intact.

How does your product compare to other brands?

We offer two types of floor covering, both being superior to others in the market--which we will fully explain during your consultation.  We purchase our epoxy flooring products direct from the manufacturer located right here in Tulsa!  We've been using their products for years, and we know that we can trust their materials to live up to the promises that we make.  Our warranty is second to none in the business--and we intend to be here to back it up!
